The practice operates as a general partnership and provides services commissioned by the North Yorkshire and York Primary Care Trust, The Hamlet, Hornbeam Park, Harrogate, HG2 8RE Telephone 01423 815150 The practice occasionally has seconded to it people who are training to become health care professionals. All patient records are stored on a computer system to which access is restricted to the health care professionals and support staff employed by the practice. Patients have a right to access their records under the Data Protection Act 1998. Although all patients are registered with the practice, patients are free to see whichever of the doctors they prefer.
