How do I...
Obtain Telephone Advice?
Telephone: 360835
You can contact your doctor for telephone advice during surgery hours and, if at all possible, the doctor will deal with your problem there and then. If not, a mutually convenient time to telephone will be arranged.
How do I...
Make An Appointment?
Telephone: 369440 or 360835
All consultations are by appointment. Please mention if you feel that you need longer than a 10 minute appointment. Call in or telephone between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday in order to make an appointment. You will always be given an appointment to be seen the same day if you consider your problem is of a medically urgent nature. If your own doctor is unavailable then you may, in these circumstances, be given an appointment to be seen by one of the other doctors. In order that we may offer an appointment at the earliest opportunity, please ensure that you keep your appointment or telephone to cancel as soon as possible, otherwise your doctor's valuable time is wasted.
The appointment line is often very busy between 8.30 - 10.30am. We would appreciate
your patience during such times and we would suggest using the on-line appointment
booking facility, if you have access to a computer on the Internet. Initially
you will have to contact the Surgery for a username and password, but thereafter
you will find making appointments a great deal easier. The link to follow is

How do I...
Obtain A Home Visit?
Telephone: 360835
If you consider that a home visit is necessary (eg you are housebound or too ill to come to the surgery) then please telephone the surgery between 8.30 and 10.30am if at all possible. The receptionist may well ask for details as this enables the doctor to arrange visits in order of priority.
