Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat prescribing is carried out on the computer. In order to request a repeat prescription either telephone on the above number between 8.00 and 1.00pm, leave your request in the box provided or post it along with an SAE.

Please allow two working days before collecting your prescription (eg a repeat prescription handed in on Monday before 1.00pm will be ready for collection by Wednesday after 2.00pm). It is possible to arrange for all your prescriptions to be sent directly to your local pharmacy. Please ask your pharmacist for details of this service.

HOW DO I....
Register?

An appointment with a doctor or a healthcare assistant needed in order to register as a patient at the practice. You will be asked to fill in a medical questionnaire as we will need details of your medical history and medication. You will be given a new patient health care check when registering. To register, call in and make an appointment.

Temporary Residents

If you are away from home and need medical attention you may consult a doctor in the area in which you are a temporary resident.
